The Business Development Associate is an entry-level position within our sales department. You will be responsible for developing and strategically growing new customer accounts within the telecommunications industry through cold calling, prospecting, and consultative selling. This is an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and be part of a dynamic sales team and culture.
- Graduate with 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, or a strong combination of work experience
- Cold calling experience required
- Strong desire to expand and acquire new skills
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through research and outreach
- Identify customer needs and match them with VoIP Office solutions
- Research organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential markets
- Define features from concept to detailed requirements
- Research, qualify, manage, and track leads and related sales activities
