Everything you need to know about VoIP Office plans
SIP phones are a type of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) phone. There are two main types: hardware SIP phones (physical desk phones connecting over your network) and software SIP phones (apps on your computer or mobile device).
It's Fax over IP (FoIP). Any T38 enabled DID can configure our Fax to Email service. Whenever someone sends a fax to your number, it will be converted to a .PDF and automatically sent to your email address.
When a voice mail is received, it is converted digitally into a .Wav format file which is then sent automatically to your registered email address for easy access anytime, anywhere.
The quality is excellent. VoIP call quality depends primarily on your internet bandwidth. With a stable broadband connection, VoIP delivers HD-quality audio that matches or exceeds traditional phone lines.
Local Number Portability (LNP) allows you to transfer your telephone number from your current provider to VoIP Office, in accordance with FCC rules. To initiate the porting process, we require a Letter of Authorization (LOA).

* VoIP Office is now VoIP MVP. All references to "VoIP Office," whether in terms of service, advertising or product descriptions, mean "VoIP MVP".

Free trial is only available to new subscribers. Trial is limited to a maximum of five users and two desktop phones. Trial subscriptions include 50 minutes of domestic calls per user. Any free trial hardware must be returned within 21 days of trial cancellation in order to avoid hardware charges. SMS is not available for trial use.
International calls will be charged at the current rates published in our international rates table. Calls to international toll-free numbers will be charged per minute, based on the country's rate.
Acceptable Use policies apply on all plans.
Mobile User extensions should not be used for making and receiving phone calls. While adding a Mobile User extension is free, if a Mobile User extension is used to make or receive phone calls in a given month, you will be charged at the same rate per month as you are charged for Digital Lines.
Enhanced Business SMS is subject to our SMS/MMS content policies including volume and frequency limitations and the Acceptable Use Policy. Automated, high volume, or marketing SMS is available at an additional cost, as VoIP Office High Volume SMS.
Unlimited phone calls are limited to US and CA markets only.
Phone rental available only with multi-year contract.
Discount is for one year for Webinar 500 only, with a 1 year commitment. After 1 year pricing reverts to $75 per host per month or the then current retail price.
