7. Unique Services
The Service under this Agreement is not a regular telecommunication service. Substantial differences exist between regular telecommunication services and the Services offered by VoIP Office, which may limit or affect your rights of redressal before Federal and State Telecommunication Regulatory Agencies and/or judicial forums.
The Service does not support 0+ or operator-assisted calling, including collect calls, third-party billing calls, 900 numbers, calling card calls, or dial-around calls. The Service may not support 311, 511, and other x11 services in one or more service areas.
8. Emergency Services (911)
You are advised to review the VoIP Office Emergency Services document at voipoffice.com/e911-policy. Our Services vary from traditional 911 services. By accepting this Agreement, you confirm that you have reviewed the E911 policy and find its terms acceptable.
9. Term & Termination
Your Service term begins on the date you first ordered Service or the date your payment is successfully processed, whichever is later. Upon completion of your initial subscription term, your Service will automatically renew for the same term unless cancelled before the end of the current service term.
VoIP Office reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or disconnect any part of your Service if:
- You use the Service outside the authorised geographical territory in violation of applicable laws
- We determine or reasonably believe you used fraudulent means to pay for Services
- You fail to make a payment on time
- We are ordered by law enforcement or government agencies to take such action
- A petition in bankruptcy is filed by or against you and not dismissed within 30 days
- You bring any legal action or proceeding against VoIP Office
- We determine such action is necessary to prevent fraud, protect VoIP Office, its customers or affiliates
To terminate Services, contact our Customer Care Department at billing@voipoffice.com or by calling +1 (248) 436-3600 prior to expiration of the current service term. All charges owed at the time of disconnection will be immediately payable.

You agree that we may charge any new credit card for amounts due without additional notice, in case your issuing bank automatically provides us with an updated card.
If your credit card is declined on renewal, VoIP Office reserves the right to automatically recharge the payment method until payment is received, the payment method is updated, or the Service is discontinued for non-payment.
