Our Story
VoIP Office was established in 2004 with a clear purpose: to make enterprise-grade communication technology accessible to businesses of every size. What began as a focused VoIP provider has grown into a full cloud communication platform, bringing together voice, video, chat, SMS, fax, and contact center capabilities under one roof.
Headquartered in Troy, Michigan with additional offices in Hyderabad, Noida, Vadodara, and Bangalore, VoIP Office serves businesses across industries including Healthcare, Financial Services, Technology, Government, Education, Travel, and Hospitality.
Our hosted cloud platform combines a robust Unified Communications suite with Contact Center solutions and embedded communication APIs — giving businesses the agility to connect teams and customers in ways that drive real outcomes. In 2025, we proudly celebrated our 21st anniversary.

Building the American Dream in Michigan
Sunny Reddy arrived in the United States with limited resources and a determination to build something meaningful through hard work and education. After earning his Masters in Chemical Engineering from Wayne State University in 1994, he channelled his technical expertise and entrepreneurial drive into founding VoIP Office — a Michigan-based technology company serving businesses across the globe.
As a self-made entrepreneur, Sunny has created jobs and fostered economic growth across Michigan and India. His leadership philosophy — rooted in integrity, community, and long-term thinking — shapes VoIP Office’s culture and product direction to this day.
Beyond VoIP Office, Sunny is deeply committed to public service. In December 2025, he made history as the first Indian American elected to any party leadership position in Michigan, when he was unanimously elected Co-Chair of the Michigan Republican Party. He also serves on the Wayne State University Board of Governors, advocating for accessible, high-quality education.
